Valcato Hosting (pronounced Val-Cat-Oh), was founded in 2002, when ecommerce was still in its early days. We were initially a 500KB account host and offered no charge hosting. We received a tremendous response and soon expanded to offer paid add-ons. We received many requests and in March 2002, we bought our first dedicated server.ASP2.net was our original name. This stood for Active Service provider. However, confusion arose with Microsoft ASP technology, which we did not offer. So, a new name was required. Our founder actually got the name Valcato from a car trip. Although Valcato does not actually refer to anything, our founder just happened upon it one day. It wasn't even in his dictionary.
We host more than a thousand domains today on dedicated servers. There are many plans to fit everyone's needs. Valcato Hosting is a far cry from that humble host. We still have much to learn, but are proud of the fact we can still provide that same level of personalized support that has made us so famous.

It can be difficult to create a website, particularly if it is your first one. We are committed to providing all of the support our customers need. Our website control panel, cPanel, is easy-to-use and makes it simple to manage your site. Additionally, our extensive knowledgebase provides detailed instructions on almost all things you will need. If you don't know the answer, our support team are available to assist you.
We don't just cater to newbies to webmastering. All our plans include advanced tools like Cron Jobs and Custom MIME Types. Custom Apache Handlers. Raw Access Logs. phpMyAdmin will enable you to maximize the potential of your website.

Our servers
Shared Cloud's dedicated servers, as well as the hardware that powers them, are located in Chicago. In every email that we send out, we treat you as a person and not just another number. Our staff will be happy to assist you. We offer so much more than that cliche "You get what you pay"!
Outsourced call centers are something everyone dislikes. They employ people with little to no knowledge about the product, and they must read from a script just like a robot. Well so do we! You will speak with Valcato's hosting experts, who have direct access to our systems, and can make instant decisions. Our staff doesn't know the systems like scripts. We apologize if they don't take the time to consider their answers before rambling on for 50 times.
Our team is flexible and will do everything we can to make your script work. This month was a bit tight, so we had to spend some money on a boiler. We're fine with that, and we welcome you to our customer list so we can help as best we can. Because there isn't, we are open to discussing our fees. We don't charge late payments fees or hidden fees for certain payment types. There is no activation fee and no admin fees. Once you have paid the amount, that's all there is!
If you decide we are not the right fit for you, you can get your money back in 30 days. We do give our customers their money back but only one person has ever asked. Customers who have accidentally renewed accounts without their consent are sometimes refunded in full.
There are two options: you can choose to work with a company that hides its limits or choose us and be one of our valued customers.
